Auditions for Christopher Durang’s Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike are TOMORROW, August 25 & 26!

The original Broadway cast featured an incredible lineup, including Sigourney Weaver, David Hyde Pierce, Kristine Nielsen, and Billy Magnussen...and now it’s our turn to bring these wonderfully funny, complicated characters to life!

We’re especially looking for adult community actors to join us. No previous Riverland Theatre experience necessary, and no audition preparation required!

Siblings Vanya and Sonia live a quiet life in the family farmhouse in Pennsylvania caring for their parents. Their peaceful routine is disrupted when their movie star sister Masha visits for the weekend with her young lover (Spike) and announces her plans to sell their childhood home. A weekend of rivalry, regret, and raucousness follows in this multi award-winning play.
