Last month I had the amazing opportunity to teach a kids pottery class! One thing we talked a lot about was how to move forward and keep your mindset positive after something goes awry. Accidents are a super important part of the process. Since I started a in home studio I’ve had my own share of mistakes, but three buckets of scraps later I sure do know a whole lot more!! Sometimes the best part of the day is the super random things! I had so much fun building crates and taking a trip up to the cities for a business shopping trip today. The people around me are so great. From dad to dog, everyone loves to pitch in!

Great glaze haul from Continental Clay and props to Author Ben Green (My wonderful dad) for giving up his writing time to be my personal calculator, chauffeur, and project manager today.

It all leads up to this! Getting to fully put yourself into a business at 16 is an experience that’s unlike any other and every second of the hard work is worth it!! Come see Pottery Lane in person tomarrow at Packer Arena from 4-7pm. You’ll be amazed by what all the students in the CEO program have done this year to accomplish this fantastic display of hard work and education all in one place!
