　　奧斯汀中文學校誠摯感謝前校長 Anny Wang 多年來對學校無私的奉獻與付出。今年，Anny Wang 校長即將卸任校長一職。回首過去，從她的大兒子四歲進入奧斯汀中文學校至今，已走過十七年的時光；而她投入學校活動組、行政團隊以及校長職務，也已有十二年之久。一路走來，她始終懷抱著對學校、家長與老師們深深的感恩之情。

　　特別感謝歷年來所有家長、老師及行政團隊的支持與協助。正因為大家齊心努力，奧斯汀中文學校才能在疫情期間依然穩定運作，並持續成長茁壯。如今學生人數已成長至約150人，無論在師資品質、家長義工的投入、教學環境及整體校譽方面，都深受奧斯汀地區家長們的肯定與讚許，目前招生人數也持續穩定成長中。

Austin Chinese School would like to express our sincere gratitude to former Principal **Anny Wang** for her many years of dedication and service to the school. This year, Principal Wang will be stepping down from her role as principal.

Looking back, it has been 17 years since her oldest child first joined Austin Chinese School at the age of four. Over the years, she has devoted approximately 12 years serving the school through various roles, including Activities Coordinator, administrative leadership, and Principal. Throughout this journey, she has remained deeply grateful for the support and encouragement from the ACS community.

We would especially like to thank all parents, teachers, volunteers, and administrative team members who have contributed their time and effort over the years. Because of everyone’s teamwork and commitment, Austin Chinese School was able to remain stable and continue growing even during the challenges of the pandemic. Today, the school has grown to approximately 150 students and has earned an excellent reputation in the Austin area for its dedicated teachers, strong parent volunteer involvement, and positive learning environment. Enrollment continues to grow steadily each year.

To support the continued growth and future development of the school, beginning in the Fall 2026 semester, **Amberli Town** ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])) will serve as the new principal of Austin Chinese School. 各位親愛的家長 Dear Parents,
感謝大家於5月7日撥空參加畢業典禮暨期末表演活動。當天小朋友們的演出都非常精彩，看見孩子們自信地站上舞台，展現平日學習的成果，真的令人十分感動，也為大家留下了美好的回憶。

如同大家所知，今年我將卸任校長一職。回想從我家老大四歲開始進入奧斯丁中文學校，到現在已經17年了；而我在學校擔任活動組及校長等工作，也大約有12年的時間。一路走來，心中充滿感恩。特別感謝歷年來所有家長、老師以及行政團隊的支持與付出，大家齊心協力，讓學校在疫情期間仍能穩定運作，並一步一步成長至今，學生人數已增加到約150人。2026年秋季班開始將由 Amberli Town ([email protected]) 校長為大家服務，請大家多多支持與幫忙．

中文教育與中華文化的傳承，需要每一位家長長期的支持與投入。期盼未來家長們能持續鼓勵孩子學習中文，陪伴他們在語言與文化的道路上穩健成長；也誠摯希望家長們能多多支持並協助學校，攜手營造一個溫馨且適合孩子學習中文的環境。相信只要大家齊心協力、共同努力，學校一定能不斷進步，讓更多孩子從中受益，也讓中華文化在下一代身上持續傳承、發揚光大。

Thank you all for taking the time to attend the Graduation Ceremony and End-of-Semester Performance on May 7. The children’s performances that day were truly wonderful. Seeing them confidently stand on stage and showcase the results of their hard work and learning was deeply touching and created many beautiful memories for all of us.

As many of you know, I will be stepping down from my position as principal this year. Looking back, it has been 17 years since my oldest child first joined Austin Chinese School at the age of four. I have also served the school for about 12 years in various roles, including Activities Coordinator and Principal. Throughout this journey, my heart is filled with gratitude. I would especially like to thank all the parents, teachers, and administrative team members over the years for your support and dedication. Through everyone’s joint efforts, the school was able to continue operating steadily during the pandemic and has continued to grow step by step. Today, our student enrollment has increased to approximately 150 students. Beginning in the Fall 2026 semester, Principal Amberli Town ([email protected]) will be serving the school community, and I kindly ask for your continued support and assistance.

Chinese language education and the preservation of Chinese culture require the long-term support and commitment of every parent. I sincerely hope parents will continue encouraging their children to learn Chinese and accompany them as they grow steadily in both language and culture. I also truly hope that parents will continue supporting and assisting the school so that together we can create a warm and enriching environment for children to learn Chinese. I believe that as long as we work together with unity and dedication, the school will continue to improve, benefit even more children, and help Chinese culture continue to thrive and be passed on to the next generation.

Lastly, I have attached photos from the end-of-semester performance for everyone to download and keep as memories. I would also like to kindly ask for your cooperation in protecting the children’s privacy and safety. 當天小朋友不用攜帶書包🎒

請小朋友準時到校並進入教室準備，待學校搖鈴後，老師會統一帶領至表演場地

Every student performed excellently, and it is wonderful to see everyone making steady progress year after year.

In today’s world, where electronic devices are commonly used for schoolwork, opportunities for handwriting are becoming less frequent. However, Chinese characters are not only a means of communication but also a beautiful form of art. Through this activity, our school hopes to encourage students to appreciate and preserve the artistic and cultural value of Chinese characters.

The competition this year was very intense. Due to multiple ties in scores, additional awards were given in some groups. **繪畫創作比賽**
財團法人台灣永續能源研究基金會，為使環境教育向下扎根、提升大眾永續認知，自2009年起舉辦「氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」，
迄今已邁入第十六屆，盼透過教師引導教學，使學生了解氣候變遷與永續發展，鼓勵學生發揮各自的藝術力與創造力，繪出多元觀點，

We’re excited to share that members of our school faculty will be performing in the Austin Chinese Choir’s 35th Anniversary Gala Concert. In addition, several parents from our school are also part of the choir, making this event especially meaningful as it brings our community together through music and shared cultural experiences 💛

This concert is full of highlights ✨
Along with beautiful choral music, it will feature a chamber ensemble and guest musicians. The program includes songs in nine languages—from classical and folk to modern and crossover styles—offering a rich and engaging musical experience for the whole family.

不知不覺這學期即將進入尾聲，感謝大家一直以來的支持與配合。孩子們這段時間都有很棒的進步！
另外也想提醒您，明年度的課程報名即將開始，若有意願繼續參加，歡迎提早報名，以確保名額。明年度學校僅開設實體課程，網路課程將暫停，謝謝網課班的家長這幾年來的支持與鼓勵小朋友的學習，線上課任課老師將會繼續為大家提供私人的專業教學與服務，若有課程相關問題或需求，歡迎家長直接與老師聯繫，以便獲得最及時的協助。

As the semester is coming to an end, I would like to thank you all for your continued support and cooperation. The children have made wonderful progress during this time!I would also like to remind you that enrollment for next year’s courses will be opening soon.

If you are interested in continuing, we encourage you to register early to secure your spot. Please note that next year the school will only offer in-person classes, and online courses will be suspended.We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the parents of our online classes for your support over the past few years and for encouraging your children’s learning.
