Being a mentor has reminded me that DJing isn’t just about playing records—it’s about creating space, sharing access, supporting each other, and truly rooting for one another. 🌹

At the same time, mentorship isn’t one-sided. You have to stay open—to learning, to growing, to being inspired right back. In music, there’s always something new to create, understand, and discover. 📚

Women In Vinyl is a mission is to empower women, female-identifying, non-binary, LGBTQ+, BIPOC and otherwise marginalized humans working in the industry to create, preserve and improve the art of music on vinyl.

WiV is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) working to raise funds that support those aforementioned in starting their educational journey through scholarships, mentorships, job boards, business development and workshops to create, preserve and improve the art of music on vinyl.
