I’ve been a yoga teacher for 11 years!? And I still get to the end of every class and think “god I LOVE this job.”
Every single one of you that has stepped onto your mat to practice over the years have helped me to grow as a human and teacher. Thank you. I love you. I am so grateful for you, and look forward to seeing you flowing with me fo another eleven!

Hello friends! It’s somehow 2026. Everything feels pretty surreal, and often scary.
I am so grateful to you all. Thank you for showing up, for breathing with me, and allowing me to teach from a completely authentically honest place.
Today I struggled. Getting myself out the door and to my mat felt like a gargantuan effort; because what solace and comfort and wisdom could I possibly have to offer?

I think perhaps admitting that struggle was enough. To start practice saying “Hi, I’m human too. I feel defeated and lost today. Maybe we can just take one breath at a time together.” And lo’ and behold, co-regulation magic happened. We finished with a breathing exercise. You could tangibly feel the shift in the room as our breath synched up, and our hearts.

I am so grateful for this practice, and for those of you that trust me to lead us through it together.

Vibrations ✨ I attended a one day choir event today and it reminded me just how much I love singing in a group. This clip is just a moment before leaving, unwilling to leave the acoustics and the good feels. 🥰 this musical vibrational magic is that same feeling I get when we’re in class together flowing and growing and sharing energy. One of my favorite parts of outdoor yoga is the weather game 😂 but really. We live in austin, and it’s spring, so going with the weather flow is just yet another way we can practice non-attachment, acceptance, and presence.
I will be outside at Dhaba Cafe tomorrow, rain or shine. If you want to practice, so do I! AND! They have added a lovely little turfed play space for kids! So come, get a coffee, look at the sky, and spend some time outside being present with me.
