Cinema 41

Cinema 41 Working to sustain a communal film culture. The screenings are FREE and held on the last Thursday of every month at the Salvage Vanguard Theater.

Winner of the Austin Chronicle's "Best Indie Film Cred Boost (2012)", Cinema41 is a film collective that screens overlooked/forgotten independent films. Each screening is augmented with a special guest (e.g. filmmakers, academics, etc...) to help contextualize the film.

This is a VERY RARE Collection of the Dobie Theatre’s Light Box Film
You may remember the Theatre #1 Projection Booth had a glass window, allowing patrons to view a live projector. This booth was wallpapered with some of these mylars.
