For those of you looking to sing one of the great works of sacred choral music, here’s an opportunity to make music with some good folks. 

🎶 Fauré’s Requiem at St. Olaf Lutheran Church 🎶
On Sunday November 2, 2025, the St. Olaf Choir will offer selected movements from Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem in D minor during both morning liturgies. Accompanied by chamber orchestra and organ, the choir will sing the traditional liturgical texts in one of Fauré’s most beloved and enduring works. Join us for this moving musical offering.

Consider joining us this season in this partnership between MacPhail Center for Music and Riverland Community College. Riverland students can earn 1 credit (MnTC) each semester and are eligible for music scholarships for participating. This collaborative adult choir was brought to Austin by MacPhail Center for Music and Riverland Community College. Our mission is to reach the community through song while providing a friendly, flexible, fun environment to continue learning and enjoying music.

Singers: there's still time to join this vibrant new choir as we begin learning new music for Winter-Spring 2024. Rehearsals are Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm at Riverland Community College. Register through MacPhail Center for Music or earn college credit through Riverland. Our first rehearsal of 2024 is January 9--hope to see you there!
