https://ghostpepperglass.com/ Ghost Pepper Glass is a public glass studio created to provide a turn-key space for the most skilled artisan while inviting the most novice enthusiast. We seek to provide a space that enables artists and craftspeople to create that which can only be made by hand. We recognize that nothing functions without the skilled glassmakers who can teach the classes, assist each other in making beautiful glassware and care for the equipment. For these professionals, a studio is their livelihood and they are the livelihood of the studio. That said, we recognize that we all started somewhere (usually with a high percentage of broken pieces and the wonkiest of “successes”) so we welcome and encourage enthusiasts of all skill levels or lack thereof. We will offer classes, studio rental, private lessons, workshops, private events, retail, studio tours and more. If you’re not sure where to start, just come by to check the place out, pet the shop dogs, and watch us play with molten glass. We cannot promise you won't get hooked!

We’ve got a big order for some custom whiskey glasses for a well known whiskey brand (more info coming soon 👀). Instead of finishing these entirely in the hot shop, we make these forms and then cut them down to the exact right height. This way, they are best suited to fit the custom packaging that’s being produced for them.

Hey Y’all 👋 Katie here 😃 You may notice that I run on Sundays (well, try not to mess it up too bad) but we have a long waitlist of folks wanting to take our fundamentals classes so my skills are needed on the Studio side of things on Sunday mornings 10am-2pm to help teach those classes. I considered pulling a Mrs. Doubtfire and running back and forth “Helllloooo!!” but it seems unsafe 😬 So for now, the gallery will open at 2pm, right on time for project pick ups from Saturday evening classes.
