Manor and Travis Cty Attorney tried to throw me in jail again on Wed. Turns out they had absolutely NO EVIDENCE whatsoever. When that became apparent, they said "well, we still want to throw him in jail anyway and give him a $50,000."

That's completely disgusting. I'm sending the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State Bar of Texas a "Grievance Report." She needs to be taken off the case because she has become part of the vendetta against Robert Battaile.

The vendetta runs up and down the food chain. They're doing a coverup because I exposed the BALLOT RIGGING Election Coercion felonies that two Manor city staff members blatantly did in violation of code sec 141.101 when they prevented Bobby Reese, a 22-yr Army vet from a rightful place on the City Council Ballot. Please write in his name for PLACE 3. This election is our last chance to save our historic Main Street, the 1850 Homestead and our two city cemeteries. Unless people vote to elect me Mayor and write in Bobby Reese... it damn sure will be gone within a couple of years.

City Mgr and City Secty prevented Bobby Reese from a rightful place on the ballot. There were NO problems with his Voter Registration, and they closed him out at 2:00 despite being open until 5 per their own Candidates Packet. What's hard to understand here? The cover up is now almost the entire food chain, Manor Human Resources, City of Manor Staff, Manor PD, Travis County (incl the "commissioners") and the State of Texas AG's, Senators and Reps. The Rangers and the Texas Police Assoc haven't done squat either (as far as I can tell). So I went up one more notch: FBI

Happy Birthday ME. Today is my birthday. To celebrate, I took my forms in to RUN FOR MAYOR of Planet Manor.

I had the full team of four (aka a "majority") but my Place 3 person's son is a "financial planner" mucky muck with the Chamber of Commerce. The potential embarrassment of sonny boy's clients got to him and the candidate cratered. This shows how the money can wrap people around its fingers.

This is my planned BILLBOARD. But now I need to a brave soul to run for Place 3 in the NEXT 8 DAYS! I think people will enjoy taking VIRAL selfies. I sure will.

p.p.s. Not that it was a race... Actually, I found it quite relaxing. But, my art piece was done from start to finish in under two hours. Seeing thru the BS took a little longer, but not much. FYI.

p.p.p.s. Since you went to school at Rice University of the North, I also included the painting "Boston Bocce Club" so you could grok what the potential is. There is NO SPORT in the world as powerful as bocce for social interaction, friendly competition and community-building.

I'd suggest watching my "State of the City" Address that was a rebuttal to the Mayor's Cluster You-know-what presented to his fawning audience of paid staffers, consultants and vendors. There were also two citizens there. One of whom whose name the Mayor couldn't remember despite the fact that her mother's name is engraved on the marble bench outside the western door to Council Chambers. He knows my name. He calls me Mr. Robert.
