Spencer is a self-taught, award-winning artist whose practice centers on figurative painting and portraiture. Inspired by motherhood and the nuances of daily life, her work reflects intimate explorations of caregiving, connection, and the human experience.

Based in Central Texas, Welch has exhibited nationally and been featured in publications including Reed Magazine and In Her Studio. At the core of it all, Spencer creates from a place of deep passion, finding strength, joy, and connection through her art.
