♥️ When the heart is clear and the identity pure and sovereign, the soul shines. The work is done from the inside out and the body IS the vehicle to healing and one should not bypass any portion of the self in the release-to-integration process - but all driving should be done by the Heart.

How is your heart? Do you listen to it? Can you trust it? Do you even know it? Or do you neglect it's needs and wants out of fear of what it might have to say to you?

Take the time this week - right now even - to move with the rhythm of your own heart. Get to know it again and allow it to draw back to it all if your peices and reconnect all your parts back to heart center.
