This morning on the way to school my son and I talked about hibernating creatures. He told me that snakes hibernated - which was super cool that he knew this. Then we talked about bugs hibernating and whether or not fish hibernate. I learned today that fish go semi dormant in colder months and it’s called torpor. It’s amazing to me that so many creatures have winter rest and wake in the spring rested and rejuvenated. This week I’ve had the flu and feel like it was a much needed yet forced “winter rest” post holidays. Here’s your sign to take a pause or your very own winter rest whatever that may look like. It’s been a minute since I’ve been active on here so I figured let’s knock the dust off with an intro! I’m Victoria, mother of 2 kiddos and 1 fur child, who loves being outside and being creative! The past year and some change has been super busy with child rearing but now that ‘school’ has started up I finally have some time to get back to feeding my creative side. I’m hoping to get out and about in Austin with my art and restock my Etsy store soon. It’s good to be back! ❤️
