For your giggles - Story Time:
How I found my phone in the fridge 🤔🙈

One early Saturday morning a tired artist woke up due to the baby monitor broadcasting toddler cries into her bedroom. She quickly got up grabbed her water bottle and phone and waddled downstairs to take care of her little monster. Trying hard to be a good mom she prepares breakfast for the monster, sings "the wheels on the bus" about 14 times (yes, including the dance) and comes up with a few things what to do on this rainy morning.
When the monster finished distributing all the oatmeal evenly on the floor, high chair and table and settled down to read a book the artist tried to find her phone to check messages. But it was no where to be found!
She shrugged it off and continued focusing on the monster which already read through 2 books (how does she flip pages so fast - does she even see what' on them?) but a feeling of unease started to arise. Where is her phone?
30 minutes later - which felt like 3 hours - the monster demanded more milk so the compliant mom went to refill her cup. And there it was! Her phone was sitting right there. On the shelf. In the fridge. Next to the milk and the left over salad from the day before.

That's my story of today. I still have no idea what happend that I put my phone in there. Glad I found it though!

🎨 No, art does not have to be expensive! Yes, you can still create an amazing space even if you're working with a smaller budget!

If you have some DIY skills and like getting a good deal then this is for you: have you ever looked into printable wall art? This is art you download as files onto your computer and then either print them yourself or have them printed in a local store. There are so many benefits of printable wall art, but my three favorite ones are:

✅ Printable Wall Art is really cheap!
✅ You get files in many different sizes so you can choose if you want to print it in eg 11x14in or 18x24in or as DIN A2! (Or of course all of them :))
✅ You decide what you print them on. It doesn't have to be paper, you can also print it on a canvas or even a pillow case or mug.

I was waiting patiently (ok, yes, whoever knows me knows that patience is not my strength) and I finally sold my first copy of this mountains and moon reflection print.

🏔️ Mountains or 🏖️ Beach?
Coming from a landlocked country with high mountain ridges I always preferred what I didn't have - beach and ocean. But recently I seem to be drawn back to mountains too. Especially when I see beautiful pictures from high up on a mountain looking down on the valley with more mountains in the background.

What do you prefer?

What's my favorite color you ask? 💕 I have so many! Currently for my spring favorites I'm definitely leaning in the direction of pink. Hot pink! 💗

It's an unbeatable statement in combination with grey's and gold. Add a little bit of texture that makes it almost looks floral and tah-dah - new art is born!

This triptych will look so good in a girl room! I can imagine it not only above a bed like shown here, but also over s couch or around a vanity with a mirror with bulb lights 🤩.

When will it finally be spring? I know the snow is melting now and the sun comes out more often, but I'm so looking forward to blooming trees, the smell of flowers and warm sun on my skin!

To get ready I collected my favorite interior design colors for spring. Beige, Yellow and Pinks to represent flowers and green for plants and leafs.

I am going to put up art in pink tones, add a potted plant and my home will be spring ready!
