One additional bit of information. Once you have received your paid registration. Please bring a copy of that sheet within your registration packet or a copy of your paid receipt and registration form confirmation of payment to our pre tech along with your certified helmet. Pre Tech will inspect your helmet for conformity and distribute helmet, practice wristbands, practice stickers and race class stickers. You must compete the safety tech sheet and provide that along with the rest of the information to pre tech. You are responsible for assuring that your kart meets all specified tech items. You are also responsible for including your class name and specified weight for your respective engine and/ or class. Anyone not providing the correct information is subject to penalties. Final Update before the race weekend

As we are approaching this great upcoming event, we would like to thank all of those that have helped in putting this weekend together. This would not have happened without all of the support.

It looks like we are able to enter into the track earlier than planned. We will allow all participants and spectators to enter into the track this Thursday starting at 4:15 p.m local time. Please be patient as this is our first time doing this in many years and our helpers are here as volunteers. If you arrive early, please form a row on the right side of the entrance. All sponsors can stage on the left side of the entrance and will enter the facility at around 4 p.m.

We will have all pre-entry packets available outside of the gate entrance in what Blackhawk calls their registration building. We will also have all workers and sponsor packets ready outside the track gate in that registration building. EVERYONE entering the facility must sign both the BHF waiver and the RVKC waiver. Also, all minors (18 years and under) must fill out and sign the minor release form (for younger kids - parents can fill out the form for them). The form must be signed by the parent and minor and witnessed by one of our workers. WRISTBANDS are required to be on at all times - All ages. If you choose to fail to sign the waivers or wear the required wristbands, you will not be allowed on the premises and not allowed to participate in any activities.

Registration will open on Thursday at 5/5:30 p.m and continue on until 10 p.m. Gates are open at 6 a.m. Fri - Sun - with pit pass sale and pre-entry pick-up starting at 7:00 a.m. each day. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. each day and closes at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

If you are traveling and anticipate that you will not arrive before our gate closes and do not have your wristband - Gates close Thursday at 11 p.m., Friday at 9 p.m. and Sat at 6 p.m. You must call us ahead of time 630.814.9150 and advise as to what time you are planning to arrive so we can help you get into the track. Otherwise, BHF does not want anyone parking or camping outside of the track entrance. They will ask you to provide driver's licences for all of those who are in that vehicle along with the vehicle information. And must sign the BHF waiver.. Early the next morning you must return to the front gate (RVKC) and pay for your pit passes and sign the RVKC waivers. We will return your licenses once payment is received. Event reminder

We have a good number of pre-entries in shifter, tag, enduro, animal and Ignite 206 classes. Please continue to send in your registrations to make this event even better. You can sign up now to save money. Or sign up for the unlimited race weekend bundle for even more savings. See you at the track.

We have added an opportunity for everyone to enter for the “unlimited race weekend bundle”. This offers a pre-entry fee to practice and race as many classes as you can for one set fee – including one weekend pit pass. On-site unlimited weekend bundle packages will not include weekend pit passes. The way the schedule is laid out, in most cases, there are multiple chances to race with your class twice a day. For example, if you have a shifter, you can enter race #3 and race #7 on Sat and on Sun. And if you have a TAG, you can enter a TAG Master and a TAG Heavy or a TAG Medium and a TAG Lite, etc. Animal’s have (race #1 and race #6) and LO206/Ignite (has the same multiple class offerings) – there are at least two races each day that you can run.
