Katy Williams Design Colorado based business that designs, directs, fabricates, and performs puppets for all! Katy Williams Design is a Denver based theatrical design company.

We specialize in puppets of all types.Our favorite is large-scale realism. We build puppets, props, and makeup for theaters around town. We also bring our large puppets to festivals, schools, and birthday parties. We are bringing our flagship show, The Myth of Pegasus, to schools and theaters all over Colorado next year. So about last night… at the 17th (can you believe it) Rocky Mountain Puppet Slam I debuted my piece FEAR for Denver audiences. And wow the response I got was astounding. Thank you to all of you (many in tears) who came up to me telling me how impacted you were. I feel so invigorated and refreshed. And I am even more excited to keep developing this show. Next steps are to find some funding and performance opportunities. Full video coming soon.

Huge thank you to .ann.campbell and .pixel.art for stepping in and lending their talents at the 11th hour. Could not have done it without them.

I am thrilled to performing a sand shadow piece to wonderful song Distant Diamonds. We collaborated on this magical music video and will be performing is live tonight!

And…
I’m really excited about the finale of the evening. I will be debuting a version of my new show FEAR. Assisted by the talented .ann.campbell and .pixel.art . This one is really personal and really special. I’d love for you to come experience it.
And special mention to .corbino , , .mirandac , and for their help in the development of the original concept at . Yall are here in spirit tonight.
