Preparing to kill out the poison ivy along the creek, guess it loves rainfall also. It will be gone asap.
We are going to name our regular visitors, Water/Grounds Play Club. Costs nothing to join, only requirement is sign release of liability form, it is by choice but you cannot enter grounds without doing so. I will give you a tiny marker flag to place under your windsheild wiper so I don't have to trouble you to inquire each visit. Gate will be open 18" or so, open, drive in and relatch as found and do the same when leaving. We are having too many driving in, doing as they please, donations being stolen, underage drinking....just simply can't allow it.
So we are private property, admission will be allowed as above, event rentals will be as they have been, private, gate closed or open which ever client chooses. No real changes other than handling gate.
Come visit same as above....we love guests but rules are rules....there is only one rule, sign release of liability.
Liability forms and flags are at the bottom of drive in gate, you will see a stop sign. With the weather I try to keep a dry one available in plastic....several people can sign same page.
