positive achievement in the GLBT community,RMSS host local competition intended to encourage and reward talent, communication skills, community service, and academic achivement of our winners. Rocky Mountain Shining Star has been established to be an uplifting beacon amongst the LGBT

and Allied communities.

In Blending traditional female and male impersonation talents with
progressive community outreach, the RMSS crown and its court commit to educate, empower
and affirm the diverse spectrum of all communities
