Orange Peach Studios is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and play a key role in building and managing a creative and operational team.
This includes hiring and supervising producers, directors, writers, and other production staff while guiding the studio’s overall strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of Orange Peach Studios.
Recruit and lead a creative and administrative team including producers, directors, writers, and production personnel.
Oversee brand marketing, corporate communications, and financing strategies.
Develop and implement the company’s mission and strategic vision across all departments.
Manage and mentor division heads, coordinators, assistants, and interns.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and encourage collaboration across projects and meetings.
Establish performance standards, recognition systems, and corrective coaching practices to align staff with company goals.
Maintain a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience running a major or independent entertainment studio, broadcast/cable network, or streaming service.
Demonstrated knowledge of the entertainment industry, including live theatre, motion picture, music, podcasting, and television production.
Strong interpersonal communication and diplomatic skills.
Proven ability to lead within a collaborative team environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
Ability to function effectively as both a team leader and team player.
Education
A college degree is not required, but an MA or MS in Business Management, Marketing, Media Communications, Entertainment Business, or Finance is strongly preferred.
