I discovered painting later in life, and it has become my way of exploring both the beauty of the world and the experiences that connect us. Working primarily in watercolor, I’m inspired by travel, whether I’m painting the landscapes of Northern California or places farther from home. I love discovering new cultures, meeting people, and seeing the world through different perspectives. Those experiences, along with a deep concern for the human condition, quietly shape my work. I hope my paintings invite viewers to slow down, look closely, and find a sense of connection—with nature, with one another, and with the stories we all share.

Ginger will be showing her artwork at Placer County Visitors Bureau, 1103 High Street, during August and September. Meet her at the Art Walk artist’s reception August 7th, from 5-8pm. Refreshments will be served.
