Our attitudes have a significant impact on our lives, affecting the way we perceive the world and the people around us. Our attitudes can influence our behavior, our relationships, and even our health. Changing our attitudes can be challenging, but it's necessary if we want to live a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
One of the keys to changing our attitudes is to change our thoughts. Our thoughts have a powerful influence on our emotions, behaviors, and attitudes. If we want to change the way we feel and act, we need to change the way we think.
One simple question that we can ask ourselves every day to change our attitude is, "What does my heart look like?" This question encourages us to reflect on our emotions and attitudes, and it can help us identify areas where we need to make changes.
When we ask ourselves this question, we may discover that our hearts are anxious, fearful, or lonely. We may realize that we're holding onto anger, resentment, or anxiety. Alternatively, we may find that our hearts are filled with contentment and gratitude.
It's essential to evaluate our attitudes regularly, much more so than our physical appearance. Our outward appearance is not a true reflection of who we are; our hearts reveal our true nature.
To examine our attitudes, we can consider our recent thoughts and words. As Jesus explained, "For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of." If we've been negative, critical, or judgmental, it's likely that our hearts are filled with those attitudes.
If we want to change our attitudes, we need to change our thoughts. We can do this by focusing on positive and uplifting thoughts, practicing gratitude, and cultivating a sense of inner peace. It takes time and effort to change our attitudes, but the results are worth it. By changing our attitudes, we can transform our lives and create a more positive and fulfilling future.
Fell out of the closet demanding to be finished. I have a planned ending, just the ex*****on left.
What would you title these rocks? My thoughts in the comments

"Gone Fishing"
Reminds me of the first 2 times I went fishing with my father. Lost a Steelhead on the Green River. I was setting the hook when I was bouncing on the bottom because it felt like trout bite. When I hooked my first Steelhead, I knew it, it scare the crap out of me and I reeled like crazy. The monster jump completely out of the river 20' in front of me, gave me a wink and snapped my line. I was 9 and I told my dad that the fish was bigger then me. He didn't believe me, but it was.
The king salmon I lost was just as big, however he didn't snap my line,my dad cut it because I had 800 yds of line out. That experience scared me a little I wanted to chase it down but my dad's friend Harold was throwing up. Hooked for life after those two trips and this piece brings them flooding back.
