This Thursday at 6:30pm, we’re turning the studio into a full-on 90’s dance party.

Our 90’s Dance Workout is a high-energy, full-body workout set to all your favorite throwbacks — NSYNC, Spice Girls, Aqua, Smash Mouth and more. You’ll sweat, sing along, and leave feeling way better than when you walked in.

No pressure. No dance experience needed.
Just good music, good vibes, and a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout.

What is Dance PE?
Think bootcamp for dancers! This class is a full workout designed to strengthen the exact muscles dancers use — core, balance, turnout muscles, flexibility, and control.

But do you have to be a dancer?
Nope!
While we focus on dancer-specific strength, any active student will benefit. If your child has some workout or dance experience, they can absolutely join and succeed in this class.
