💐 Our Mother’s Day Season Finale Concert was truly one to remember! We are incredibly thankful to end the 2025/2026 season with such superb performances by Parker Van Ostrand, Faythe Vollrath, our talented musicians, and our incredible Maestro ! ✨️ Parker Van Ostrand (piano) and Faythe Vollrath (organ) will be gracing the Mondavi Center stage with us for our Mother’s Day Season Finale, “Rachmaninoff & Saint-Saëns: The Organ Symphony”!

✨️ Faythe Vollrath has a deep love of combining new compositions with old, historic instruments such as the harpsichord and organ. She has performed concerts focused in that pursuit in both Serbia and France, introducing new American composers to the audience. She is hailed by the Wall Street Journal for her “subtly varied tempo and rhythm that sounds like breathing,”.

✨️ Parker Van Ostrand, a Sacramento native, recently made his Davies Symphony Hall debut with the San Francisco Symphony (SFS) for its “All San Francisco” concert last September. Van Ostrand is a piano student of Garrick Ohlsson and Yoshikazu Nagai, and performed Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 under the baton of famed conductor Jaap van Zweden.

✨️Both Faythe and Parker bring so much passion to their performances, you won’t want to miss out!

💐 Thank you to everyone who attended our 13th Annual Gala and participated in our Live Auction, Silent Auction and Fund-A-Need. We are proud to say we were able to hit our fundraising goal this year, which means that we, the Auburn Symphony, are able to continue enriching and engaging our community across generations through the gift of live orchestral music, as we have done so for nearly 4 decades! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for celebrating and sustaining us through the years.

We’re still reliving the magic from last month’s Masterworks III concert featuring Strauss & Tchaikovsky!

From the sweeping and powerful melodies, to the unforgettable energy in the hall, it was truly an evening to remember. A heartfelt thank you to our phenomenal soloist, Carrie Hennessey, for delivering such a captivating and memorable performance, and to our incredible orchestra for bringing these masterworks to life with passion and precision.

Stay tuned, our season finale is just a month away! Mark your calendars for May 10 (Mother’s Day) at the Mondavi Center at 3pm.
