They teach you patience, how to be strong, kindness, humility and that the simple things in life are the best things in life. The same concept applies to the things that entertain them. Education and entertainment do not have to be complicated, expensive or of a certain brand. Our son was the one who taught us these very things while on a family vacation. We were staying at this charming little ap

artment in Scotland; there was a huge window in the kitchen that overlooked an enormous green mountain. Our son however did not care that we were in Scotland or that we were in a nice apartment. He started exploring and found a closet with a small number of toys. This apartment owner must have been a grandmother herself. These toys were simple, most were vintage, did Drake break at least one? Most definitely! But he would play and play with just a few toys at a time and stayed completely content. Lightbulb!
