Proud of this little fella too. If you know Kellerman, it’s not always easy when there’s too much hullabaloo and all that noise of the world comes at you. But he was brave and improved by leaps and bounds over a 3-day camp. So proud of him for summoning up the courage to try something new and to give his best effort. Love you big sweet Kellerman. Not only that, but we also had our old favorite neighborhood friend, Mackenzie, as our camp teacher! We used to watch her throw her baton what seemed like 100 feet in the air and catch it every single time. How cool is that?! Lizzie was obviously stoked! 😁

Proud of this lil fella. He was so happy and proud to finally be on a winning team. And not only that, the Universe gifted him with a championship team! Proud of this lil fella. He was so happy and proud to finally be on a winning team. And not only that, the Universe gifted him with a championship team! I’ve never been so happy to have these beautiful little humans back in their home. A long time coming. The dark night of the soul is not for the faint of heart, and it sure ain’t for rookies. To persevere in the face of one’s persecutors is a lonely road. Not many friends on that road. They scatter into the wind. I do thank all of those who offered a kind word. Small kindnesses and tender mercies are never forgotten. Silence and condemnation, however, haunt you forever. The Enemy is alive and well, just in case y’all had forgotten. When I had the first verses of James burned into my skin for eternity, little did I know how much it would take to be obedient to that calling. Yes, I thank Him for my troubles today. They are sheer gift indeed.
But things will be redeemed. Because no matter the circumstances, the free man, the ones who seek truth, and those who live & die by faith will prevail and find salvation. In spite of. No. Matter. What.
