Our last senior spotlight as we head into recital weekend - Mae! 🧑🎓
From Mae’s Mom:
Over the past three years at New England Dance Academy, Mae has grown tremendously as both a dancer and a person. What started as a love for dance has truly blossomed into something special, as she developed her technique, confidence, and resilience. She learned how to take corrections with maturity and grace, understanding that growth comes through effort and perseverance. Along the way, she formed meaningful friendships and became part of a supportive community that made every rehearsal, performance, and moment in the studio unforgettable. Her teachers and coaches have played a huge role in this journey, inspiring and guiding her while helping her become the dancer we always knew she could be.
Watching Mae’s transformation at NEDA has been an incredible experience and one of the best decisions we’ve made. We are so proud of the dedication, passion, and joy she has shown throughout her time there. As she looks ahead to the next chapter, Mae plans to enroll in college to complete the prerequisites for the medical sonography program at Mass Bay Community College. While her path may be changing, the lessons she gained through dance—the discipline, confidence, and determination—will continue to guide her in everything she does.
