Hi my name is Nina, I’m a rising senior, and I’m so excited to serve as your troupe president for the 2026-2027 school year! I previously served as vice president for the 25-26 school year. This community is so important to me and I’m so excited to see it thrive this year!

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Blais Liam! You may know Blais from her work as Hope/Dance Captain in Anything Goes, Ida Rhinegold in Dirty Work, Wiesel/Ensemble in Newsies, Nigel Bottom in Something Rotten, Mrs. Phelps/Dance Captain in Matilda, Smee in Peter and the Starcatcher, Tilly in She Kills Monsters, French Narrator/Assistant Choreographer/Dance Core in The SpongeBob Musical, Dawn Schweitzer/Dance Core in Mean Girls, Dance Core/Ensemble in Once Upon a Mattress, Costume Manager/Prop Manager in Romancers. Now Blais is going to Georgia Tech for Environmental Engineering. Blais’ favorite part of Lakeside theater was the entirety of She Kills Monsters, especially performing at ThesCon! Wish Blais luck on her new adventures!

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Grayson Lauterbach! You may know Grayson from his work as Adam Oakheart in Dirtywork at a Crossroads, Ensemble/Big Scary Bully/dad #2/Dance Core in Matilda, Build Crew for Prelude to a Kiss and Peter and the Star-catcher, Ensemble in Mean Girls, Build Crew in Ride the Cyclone and She Kills Monsters, Running Crew for She Kills Monsters, and Build Crew for Romancers and Ripcord. Now Grayson is going to college at GCSU to double major in Pre-Med Biology and French. Grayson’s favorite Lakeside theater memory was spending time with some pretty awesome people while he was a part of Dirtywork. He always had fun with the cast and crew! Or being with everyone holding their baby photos during When I Grow Up in Matilda! Wish Grayson luck on his new adventures!

Today’s Senior Spotlight is A. Morales-Vizcaino! You may know Morales from his work as the Spotlight operator in She Kills Monsters, spotlight operator in Mean Girls. Spotlight operator in Peter and the Starcatcher, spotlight operator in Matilda, spotlight operator in Something Rotten, stage manager and spotlight operator in The Angel Next Door, assistant lights stage manager and spotlight operator in Anything Goes, and Crutchie in Newsies Jr. Now Morales is headed to Bard College to study Global and International Studies. Morales’ favorite Lakeside theater memory was teaching the underclassmen and watching them find their place in the theater company. Wish Morales luck on his new adventures!

You may know Caleb from his work as Lelio in The Romancers, Knight #2 in Once upon a Mattress, Male Swing in Ride the Cyclone, Kevin G in Mean Girls, Plankton in SpongeBob, Boy/Peter in Peter and the Starcatcher, Escapologist in Matilda, Shakespeare in Something Rotten, Munro Murgatroyd in Dirty Work at the Crossroads, Billy Crocker in Anything Goes, Co-Director/Morris in Newsies. Now, Caleb is headed to Young Harris College to get a Musical Theater BFA! Caleb’s favorite Lakeside Theater memory was being in room 513 with the fellas at GTC. It was a grand ol’ time and a memory that he shall carry with him to his grave. Wish Caleb luck on his new adventures!

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Ella Dorsett! You may know Ella from her work in Ensemble in Once Upon a Mattress, Mean Girls, Matilda, and Anything Goes. Now, Ella is headed to the University of Kentucky to major in Psychology. Wish Ella luck on her new adventures!

You may know Gabby from her work on Running Crew and Build Crew in Once Upon a Mattress, Running Crew in Ride the Cyclone, Ensemble in Mean Girls, Ensemble in Spongebob, Assistant Stage Manager and Prop Master in Peter and the Starcatcher, Ensemble in Matilda, Ensemble in Something Rotten, Assistant Stage Manager and Prop Master in Dirty Work at the Crossroads, Assistant Stage Manager and Prop Master in Anything Goes, Stage Manager and Prop Master in Newsies. Now Gabby is headed to the University of Delaware for political science. Gabby’s favorite part of being in Lakeside Theater has been hanging out with people during and after shows. Wish Gabby luck on her new adventures!

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Carrie Schaffner! You may know Carrie from her work as the ensemble in Once Upon a Mattress, Orcus in She Kills Monsters, ensemble in Mean Girls, Alf in Peter and the Starcatcher, Mr. Wormwood in Matilda, Mookie in Dirty Work, Moonface Martin in Anything Goes. Now Carrie is headed to the University of Georgia, majoring in psychology! Carrie’s favorite thing about being in Lakeside Theater was building connections with so many people and getting to know everyone. Wish Carrie luck on her new adventures!
