Y’all please swipe to really grasp the transformation 😂This first photo I took in 2015 when I first started my natural hair journey. I was getting over a high school breakup, about to start my first year at CAU, and clearly feeling a need for a new hair situation. I was going through a LONG season of rebirth y’all 🥴. Fast forward to this mornings car selfie, and you can see that my hair has done a complete transformation. I’m going through another season of change now, but 2015 me would’ve never thought that 2019 me would be looking like this! It’s hard to see your growth in life, because we’re always dealing with new challenges and obstacles that tend to set us back. Sometimes all you need to do is look back at where you started so that you can appreciate where you are right now.
If you haven’t started your life’s journey yet then get started today! You’ll look back a year from now, and be glad you did! If you’re already on your path then take a moment to congratulate yourself on how far you’ve come🎉
