Thus, (co)lab is a summit that explores how cities and regions solve vexing problems through collaborative leadership. This inaugural summit will focus on a challenge shared by leaders across the

nation: How can cities and regions attract and retain talent, cultivate innovation and transform education? Attracting and retaining high-quality talent is imperative to the future
development of our cities and regions in today’s global marketplace. In addition, innovation and entrepreneurship are significant to the growth of a city’s economic prosperity and cultural well-being. Communities that connect caring citizens, organizations, civic leaders and thought leaders like you, can harness the energy of these turbulent times to create shared purpose, collective action and achievement of common goals. Our goal is to collaborate on ideas and solutions that address our shared 21st century challenges, and lead us to build creative, vibrant, well-educated cities.
