Took Millie on her first water adventure yesterday...she jumped out of the kayak twice and fell into a drop off in the creek. I would say she did pretty well for the first time

I find a lot of piece in redecorating or rearranging my living space. I've been feeling a lot of anxiety and restlessness lately so I've been trying to find different outlets like painting, listening to music and spending time with friends/family. I tend to not allow myself to sit and just relax, I always go go go and i overwhelm myself with "too much". I gave myself a mini vacation for a few days and just took some time to calm my mind and reorganize my life a little. Never hesitate to give yourself some slack and take time to breathe. You're on your own time, no one else's.
