We seek to achieve the highest professional quality in a supportive working environment, and expect excellence from the artists, staff and volunteers with whom we work. Creation and Innovation Through New Works
We value creativity and innovation in all aspects of our organization, including the work of our ar
tists and the ways that we support them. We are committed to offering local playwrights the opportunity to bring their work to the stage, with full productions, staged readings, and workshops. We work creatively to use the resources we have available and will never work beyond our means. While we appreciate the generous donations of our patrons and the availability of grants, we will never count on them as a budgeted income, rather use them for capital improvements or specific production needs. We will uphold our covenant as a not-for-profit institution by being reliable stewards of the public trust and the resources provided to us by our community. Community Collaboration
Beyond the “box,” we seek to work cooperatively with other groups, organizations and people to expand the possibilities of the types and size of productions we create. By working together, we are able to take advantage of the individual strengths to create a dynamic theatrical experience.
