A few weeks ago, I bought a couple of stand wrenches that I carry with me "just in case." I was super-pleased to use them today on a wonky stand that's been bugging me in my lesson room at the store. It took two to do the job - on one each side turning in opposite directions from one another.

I've got to say, fixing the tray that's been throwing books and binders on the floor for months was oddly satisfying!

Love working with Ms Melvin's & Mr Cagle's Beginning Flutes at Awtrey Middle School for onboarding week! We go from tooting the headjoint to playing "Hot Cross Buns" in 5 days. Today they made great first sounds on their assembled flutes!!!!
