Woman of the Year Award
🌹 WHO IS THE WOMAN EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW?
She leads with purpose. She creates impact. She inspires others without asking for recognition. She shows up, carries responsibility, and leaves every room better than she found it.

The Woman of the Year Award honors a woman whose leadership, excellence, resilience, and influence deserve to be celebrated on a larger stage.

If a woman immediately came to mind while reading this, nominate her.

Don’t wait for someone else to recognize her.
Be the reason her story is seen.

Nominations are open now. Link in bio.

Healing women don’t secretly compete… they celebrate.

One thing I hope we outgrow as women is this quiet competition with one another.

The truth is, what God has for you doesn’t require me to lose. My light doesn’t dim because yours shines. Your beauty doesn’t make me less beautiful. Your business doesn’t stop mine from succeeding. Your promotion doesn’t cancel my purpose.

We have been conditioned to believe there’s only one seat at the table when God has been building tables with room for all of us.

Imagine the power of women who choose to collaborate instead of compare… who recommend each other, speak each other’s names in rooms full of opportunity, pray for each other, support each other’s businesses, fix each other’s crowns without announcing they were crooked, and celebrate wins as if they were our own.

That’s the kind of woman I want to be.

I don’t want to be remembered for competing with other women. I want to be remembered for creating space, opening doors, extending grace, and reminding another woman that she belongs in every room God has called her to.

Ladies, let’s normalize being secure enough to clap for another woman while we’re still waiting on our own breakthrough. That’s not weakness—that’s confidence. That’s maturity. That’s kingdom.

Because when one woman rises, it doesn’t threaten the rest of us.

It reminds us what’s possible.

And when women stop competing and start connecting… there’s no limit to what we can build together. 🤍✨
