I wrote the script wanting Tyner Rushing to play Kelli. I hadn’t asked her if she was interested in advance. I genuinely was nervous she wouldn’t be interested because I had been thinking about her in the role for so long and would have been so disappointed if she didn’t want to do it, the movie would truly have been worse without her. Thankfully for me and all of us that will get to see Tyner knock this role out of the park, she was excited and enthusiastic about being in MESSY HEARTS. Please help us make this movie happen!
