Layla Promotions I write music-related promotional content, press releases, feature articles, and reviews.

I do these for no charge when I am able, have time, and think a band is "cool." I’m a freelance writer/music journalist whose goal is to convey the unique synthesis of human experience portrayed through instruments, lyrics, and the musicality of the artist. I write feature articles and reviews of artists, albums, shows, and books as well as website and press kit narrative for public relations purposes. I also draw on my background in story and archetypal psychology to consult on songwriting and stage presence, You can find my work in the AJC, ArtsATL, RamZINE, Beat Atlanta, Roundup Promotions, and on my blog, LaylaPromotions.squarespace.com.
