Morning Meds :
One day in Kingston,I had the pleasure of meeting the great Bob Andy , it was my groupie moment . I have always admired his body of work .
“ Come here yout’” he said to my old a** - Lol . I was so excited I could barely speak .
Bob Andy thanked me for covering his song “ Unchained “ I told him that when I heard the song I thought it was a protest song and needed a more bombastic delivery .

I will never forget that day and was humbled by his appreciation.
