Hey y'all just wanted to share a little something about me. I'm autistic and have ADHD, bipolar 2 and PTSD. Do I let it limit me? Absolutely not! I might learn different and take longer to reach milestones and I might have extra challenges and need visual instructions. But I'm smart and I'm strong. I'm a great friend and love making people smile and laugh. There is things I Excell at and things I struggle with. I might be smaller than a lot of my friends and I might not think at the age level of any average person my age. But everyday I wake up and I look at everything I can do. And think about the special way I can touch peoples life's. You see.. life is what you make it if you are positive and calm and relaxed you will attract the same energy. But if you are negative or confrontational and angry and negative. That energy too will follow you. I have been waking up and doing positive affirmations and deep breathing and naming everything I'm blessed with instead focusing on what's going wrong or what you don't have. It's important to count your blessings. And yes life gets busy and crazy but please remember to take care of yourself and rest when your body tells you it needs rest. # know this queen loves you and I'm always here to listen. believe me I know my skills after 34 years of therapy. Which by the way isn't as bad as it seems you just have to find the right therapist and yes I'm now well balanced and stable. I am willing to help anyway I can. Remember you are not alone and nothing is impossible because even the word says. I'm possible. I believe in you. You've got this

This is me and my BFF she has a port whine stain birthmark over 85% of her body. Her and I met in 6th grade and have been friends since. We are basically sisters. Her parents became my parents. Unfortunately Kim mom her biological mom passed away when we were 13 years old and blayne dad died 10 years ago due to cancer AML. She also has a prostetic leg because she had her leg amputated at 18 years old due to ulcers. She can no longer wear it due to new ulcers and can't use her crutches either so she had to take medical leave off work. Because scooting on your butt is not ideal in a work place. Recently Chelsea has been having a lot of health issues. She has ulcers all over her body and had to start from scratch new mattress,new bedding,new clothing,new laundry detergent. She's in a lot of pain too and the Dr can't do a lot for her except pain meds she's been in the hospital for almost a week. So prayers would be appreciated. She's been through so much. Thank you so much and also our siblings ( well hers but they are like mine) are collecting donations. If you want info let me know

So I wanted to share something. I'm currently helping my community by pageant coaching individuals with disabilities in had the opportunity to speak on Monday to a special needs group and I am also doing some dog sitting over the holidays in addition to that I'm involved with special Olympics Utah and participate in a number of sports and I'm a health and fitness captain for special Olympics. When I'm doing all this I'm keeping up on house work and hanging with my friends

Okay so part of my platform is advocating and mentoring and I wanted to share something. I think it's important to acknowledge individuals with mental illnesses. We are no different we want to be accepted and included members of society. We need compassion and understanding and not judgement. I also have a developmental disability too and it's the same we want accepted and included and acknowledged as an important member of society. We are not the labels we are given and we are not our diagnosis we are people and we have feelings. Sometimes we need somebody to listen to us when we struggle and to say " hey, I'm here for you!" Maybe we are quiet or shy . Don't force us but encourage us and we may be just looking for encouragement. Maybe we socially awkward because we don't know exactly how to initiate a conversation and we cannot read body language well. I'm sharing this to help others because I know what it is like. I live in everyday but I use my strength and talents bring awareness to others so they know how their peers feel and what they need. And so others struggle know they are not alone. This is a time where many people struggle and just want to say even if you don't have mental illness or disability its okay to not be okay and it's okay to ask for help because nobody should feel alone. UIE has helped me a lot and I'm so grateful. Remember you matter,you are valued and never give up never stop dreaming from your United international elite exceptional classic. I love you all stay strong and I'll always be here!!!

Hey guys wanted to share something. I've become very passionate about advocating and mentoring others. So I decided I'm to focus on that with pageant platform and with that being said I am more involved with special Olympics and tonight my partner and I took home bronze at the state tournament. I also have special needs activity program with the church. I am also collecting all kind of books for community service project so if you have some send them my way please. Here the most exciting news I'm going to work with someone high profile and I am very excited. I also want to start taking music lessons after my reign is over. But right now I'm focusing on special Olympics Utah and collecting books. Any book in an genre is fine. If you have books let me know pm and I can send you my address

This month I especially think of my best friend Ashley Thompson. Her birthday was September 8th and she loved to read. I lost her to Huntingtons disease 3 years ago but didn't find out until last year on the same day I lost my sweet boy! This month I want to collect books to donate to a free community library two streets over. Because that's actually exactly what Ashley would do and I want to help others while honoring her memory. I cleaned my closet today . I can actually walk into it. ( Yes I'm short) And I vacuumed. Tomorrow I'm doing dishes. And then when dishes are done or on Tuesday I'll clean the bathroom and then all well have to do is organize the med equipment and the basement will be ready for renovations. I also had time to donate books to a community library. I also donated a bunch of things to a thrift store and we have to clean the the fridge eventually. But for now it's all good. I also have been involved in pickleball with special Olympics and I'm starting classes with special Olympics and best buddies. I'm a busy girl. I'm content with being who I am and for support I have from my framily ( friends who are family) and also don't forget my kitty seretta!!
