Another great show everyone! Tomorrow will be our last performance. Here are a few things to keep in mind.

We will be having a pizza party. This is for cast and crew only! Please do not invite your friends. This is a time for everyone involved in the play to sit down and relax and enjoy each other’s company.

This will be from 5 to 6:30 in the theater on the stage.

Please make sure all of your personal belongings and costumes are in a bag and kept with your things so you don’t lose track of them bring them out onto the stage once you’ve gathered everything after everything is done 🙂

All of my little kids… You all will be sweeping the band room, making sure the floors are cleaned. Put everything in the trash bags collect your personal belongings hang up all your costumes and head out to the stage.

All the men, please make sure your costumes are brought back in the theater and hung on the racks. Please make sure the floor all the tables and everything is picked up in your changing area.

Morgan and Olivia ❤️ please make sure all the hair stuff is put back into the white roll cart in the room is put back in place as is. Once the room is clear please find Jase and Zack and have them come get the costume racks and bring them to the back of the stage.

Stage crew, your job is to go to the front lobby carry all the raffle baskets back to room 223
Take all of the white tables that are in the lobby and bring them and set them up on the stage along with all of our plastic chairs so we can eat pizza

 Connor, please make sure all the headsets are collected, put back in the case and brought down to 223

Please make sure the right side of the stage is cleaned. We will be putting everything away next week.

Aidan, please make sure stage left is clean in the trash on the stage is emptied tied and put out in the hall

Happy Opening Night!!!

A few reminders:

Call time is 5pm /Use flagpole doors

Sean & Matt- balloon arches are done! We have spiked the proscenium walls with orange spike tape for you to place them on.
WE will keep them out in the hall. One in the hall on stage right(Sean) stage let in the hall (Matt)

PLEASE remember....NO ONE is allowed in the front lobby at ANYTIME. After the performance, Please get changed and then proceed to the lobby to see your guests!!!!

All of the costumes/personal items can remain in the dressing rooms but they need to be hung up and all personal items picked up and put on the tables.

You may bring snack and drinks (label them) feel free!!

Tonight‘s rehearsal starts at six. Please be at the school no later than 5:30 to get your mics on.

Great job today!
For Tuesday, we will start promptly at 6:15.
No costumes or makeup 💄
Wednesday is full dress rehearsal with hair makeup costumes. Call time is 5 o’clock.

We will be moving all of the men’s stuff on one rack, and it will be stored in the library
All of the women’s clothing will be on two separate racks

At no time are there to be any men entering the women’s dressing room at all. If you need to get to stage right for an entrance, please use behind the curtain to make your way there!!!

Here it is what I will be getting tomorrow. Please let me know if there’s anything I’ve missed.

Hello peeps!!

First and foremost, I am so sorry about the confusion last night. Lack of communication.

Moving forward I have some notes/requests for the process of set changes.

*PLEASE READ ALL*

Starting Sunday
24th DBLE RUN 2-8:30
1st run 2pm-4pm/WITH COSTUMES ( hair &Makeup not required) Dinner Break 5-6
2nd Run 6-8:30 (No Costumes)

*If anyone wants to do pizaa please bring in $5.00*

I't's gonna be along day! come prepared with the following:

Snacks/water
undergarments
deodorant
shoes you will be wearing

Notes/Help/sets

CAST-PLEASE do not use the bay behind then Main curtain to exit after a scene so that the crew can get out and clear the set. Any other path is OK!

SET-UP for Opening Up:

Please help with Diner and tall metal rack:)

Can the following people PLEASE set their card tables/table NOT CHAIRS , immediately after the Main closes (they will be in the back of the stage ready with table cloths on.

PLEASE stay out of the wing space and in your dressing areas or out in the halls between scenes.

ALL ladies will be in the bandroom/we have changing rooms available. Men will be in the Media center across from the bathrooms.
