It’s not often that things sell out and none of the movies are at risk of selling out at this moment but with some big things coming up, it’s a good time to remind you of a few things:
🖥️When you enter the lobby, look to see if there are multiple registers open and form a line in front of each one instead of a single line in the middle. There’s a copy of the menu printed on a sign in addition to the menu boards so you can be ready to order.
🎟️If you have online tickets from our website, you can hand us the card you paid with and we can swipe it to quickly print your tickets. If you aren’t getting concessions you can come directly to the counter for this.
💺We do not have reserved seating so if you come late, you might get a ticket but your favorite seat might not be available.
🧑🧑🧒🧒When theaters are busy, please be considerate of other guests and close the seating gaps so more people can sit together. This is especially important in family movies where little ones can’t sit alone.
🍿The best things you can do to make your transaction go quickly and smoothly: know how many tickets and what movie. For matinee tickets before 4:45, we just need a movie and time. You don’t have to break it down by adult vs kids. All matinee tickets are our cheapest ticket available to everyone. Have your payment ready and know if you want butter on your popcorn. The $7 kid tray comes with a fun size m&m or fruit snack.
📱If we get close to sell out before a movie, we will post on our stories but keep in mind, if movies sell out, it is usually 2-5 minutes before the start time. If the online tickets say “booking closed” it does not mean the movie is sold out. The online ticketing closes before a showtime so the tickets have time to process.
💻Tickets are more expensive online. You can buy tickets in theater for any show that’s showing on the online tickets. If you’re a loyalty member, let us know so you can earn your points for your ticket/concession purchase.
🥤Our large items (and movie items+the $10 kid tray) get free refills. You can pay for refills on the other items. The $7 kid tray has a fountain drink but you can get icee with the $10.
🍄Tips for Toy Story/Minions:
(1) Opening weekend will be busy.
(2)We don’t know what showtimes will be busier but we will post updates on our stories.
(3) weekdays and matinees are cheaper.
(4) 3D movies are less crowded. If you haven’t tried one, it might not be what you expect. The glasses are plastic and fit over most prescription pairs. The effects are much better every year! If you want, stop in during a 3D movie and we could let you take a peak!
(5) we will have concession souvenirs for both movies. These usually sell out in the first weekend.
