Step into the beauty of everyday objects through the eyes of artist Margaret Morrison, retired Professor of Painting at the Lamar Dodd School of Art. 🎨✨

Now on view in the UGA Performing Arts Center Lobby Gallery, "Antiques" features four vibrant, large-scale paintings inspired by the colorful displays of Tuscan antique markets. Created from photographs Morrison captured while teaching in Cortona, Italy, the works celebrate the artistry found in ordinary objects and the stories they quietly tell.

Join us for the opening reception with the artist on Aug. 27 at 5 p.m., or stop by anytime now through early January. The Lobby Gallery is free and open to the public Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., and during performances.
