🐝💛 How Honey Bee Mercantile Began 💛🐝
As part of our 14-Year Anniversary Celebration, I thought I’d share a little of the story behind Honey Bee Mercantile.
My journey began back in 2001 when I started designing and selling handmade wedding invitations and favors on eBay. Over the years, my love for creativity grew into designing tags, labels, note cards, printables, and other items inspired by my passion for primitive, vintage, and farmhouse style.
After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in 2012, Honey Bee Printables was officially born. What started as a small creative venture has grown into Honey Bee Mercantile—a place where I can share my love of design, crafting, photography, thrifting, and all things primitive with others.
My husband Alan and I live in East Tennessee near the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, and so much of what I create is inspired by our faith, our travels, old churches, vintage treasures, and the beauty of God’s creation.
Most importantly, I give God ALL the glory for the opportunities, talents, and blessings He has provided along the way. Honey Bee Mercantile would not exist without His faithfulness and the support of so many wonderful customers and friends.
Thank you for being part of this journey over the past 14 years. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or just recently joined us, I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. 💛
