When you pull into the 2026 DMAC Foundation Car Show, you'll see some incredible cars, trucks, and rides—but this year, there's something special waiting at the finish line.
The trophies awarded to the winners of our five car show classes won't simply come off a shelf. They'll be designed and fabricated by students in the welding program at Limestone County Career Technical School.
That's what makes this year's car show about so much more than cars.

The students in the welding classes are putting their skills to work by creating the trophies that will be presented to the top winners in each class.
These students are getting the opportunity to take what they're learning in the classroom—measuring, cutting, welding, fabrication, finishing, and paying attention to detail—and turn it into something that will be proudly displayed by a car enthusiast.
