NOVA is still very new, but it has been deeply encouraging to watch singers from across Athens and Northeast Georgia gather around a shared love of thoughtful, community-centered music making.

NOVA was created as a flexible, project-based space for treble singers - one that complements the vibrant artistic community already here while offering another way for women to engage with meaningful choral experiences. Our debut project, “Fire Flowers: Hope and Resilience of the Human Spirit,” has already drawn an incredible response from singers and community partners alike.

As NOVA grows toward becoming a 501(c)(3) organization, we are currently working under the fiscal sponsorship of Fractured Atlas. Support through our profile helps us build a sustainable foundation during this transition while supporting music, musicians, venues, and accessible programming.

We are building this carefully, collaboratively, and with a great deal of hope. Thank you for supporting new artistic spaces and the power of collective song!
