The completed goose egg has found its new home, so now I can share it. I was quite pleased, after years without practicing, at how smoothly this went. I really enjoyed working on this egg! I have several more in process atm, but I think I'll keep at least one going at all times from now on!

Throwback Thursday made me think of the end of the year coming up so soon. I look back over my year in art, and this one still just sings to me. I think she's my favorite piece of the entire year. She'll never be for sale, because she lives on my altar now.

My favorite mother-daughter duo had me over to visit last night. Mom said I could play to suit myself, but the daughter (my Whovian hands from earlier this year) wanted to challenge me. "Can you do a galaxy?" she asked. I said "You want spiral, elliptical, dwarf, Seyfert, or how?" she got herself a quasar of her very own.
