Join us on Tuesday, May 12th at 7:00 PM for an evening of incredible music, celebrating an amazing 2025-2026 season. Admission is FREE and the doors will open at 6:30 PM.

‼️UPCOMING AUDITIONS FOR CHEROKEE SINGERS! (2026-2027)‼️

Want to be a part of an award-winning vocal ensemble? Are you looking for a great community of likeminded, hardworking, and talented students? Want to travel, perform, and represent the arts at McMinn County High School?

Join the MCHS Cherokee Singers! Auditions are May 4th, 6th, and 7th from 3:30-6:30 PM.

Here’s just a few things we did in the 2025-2026 school year:

-Took an amazing, fall retreat at Camp John Knox! 🏕️
-20+ appearances through concerts, community performances, and school events! 🎼🎤
-Took home Superior Ratings at our two choral festival appearances! 🏆🏆🏆
-Traveled to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL to compete in “Festival Disney”! 🏰
-Sent 13 students to All-East Regional Honor Choir, and 10 students to All-State at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN! 🎶🎵

This group is growing and thriving, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

🪾MEET THE CAST OF “Into the Woods | MCHS Spring 2026” 🪾

Our talented ensemble is incredibly dedicated, and they help to bring this show to life, each and every performance!

Karrington Dills (‘28) is a sophomore here at MCHS. She is involved in MCHS Choral Department including Concert Choir and MCHS Tennis Team. Karrington was also featured in our musical, “Legally Blonde: The Musical” (2025). She is looking forward to putting on an amazing show.

Rachel Hurst ('29) is a freshman at MCHS. She is involved in the choral department, as a member of the MCHS Concert Choir. She is looking forward to her first theater performance on the MCHS stage as “Sleeping Beauty”.

Kaylee Robison (‘29) is a freshman at MCHS. She is involved in MCHS Band, playing trombone, and is also active in competitive swimming. She likes to have a good time wherever she goes. She is excited to be a part of her first theater performance at MCHS!

Kira Morgan (‘28) is a sophomore at MCHS. Kira most recently appeared in last spring’s production of “Legally Blonde: The Musical” (2025), and she is thrilled to be returning to MCHS stage this year. Kira is also an active member of the MCHS Golden Girls Dance Team.

🪾MEET THE CAST OF “Into the Woods | MCHS Spring 2026” 🪾

Austin Blackledge (‘28) is a sophomore here at MCHS. He is also joining us for his very first production at McMinn! Austin is an active member of the MCHS Cherokee Singers, and he is heavily involved in the engineering programs offered at MCHS.

Austin has enjoyed sharing this experience with friends, and while you won’t hear his voice much in this show, his puppeteering is sure to entertain.

Amelia Hall (‘29) is a freshman here at MCHS. She is so thrilled to be taking part in her very first production at McMinn County High School!

She is so excited to be lending her voice to the role of “The Giant”, and has enjoyed the process of her creating her very first musical role.

Kaya Freeman (‘27) is a junior here at MCHS. She is so excited to be making her third appearance in an MCHS musical. Kaya most recently appeared in Legally Blonde: The Musical” (2025), and she was also featured in “MAMMA MIA!” (2024).

Kaya is also a talented dancer and a member of the MCHS Concert Choir!

Norah Littrell (28’) is a sophomore at MCHS. She is thrilled to be making her second appearance in an MCHS musical. Norah most recently appeared in the ensemble of “Legally Blonde: The Musical” (2025), and she is so excited to be taking on a large role in this production.

Norah has enjoyed the challenge of “Into the Woods”, and she is thankful for the opportunity to continue to work and grow!
