Schedules for week of October 12th hare out! Holidays are coming up fast, but we want you to stay healthy and happy so don't forget to schedule your workout when looking at your schedule this week.

Make note that there is a slight venue change to two of our classes this week. Senior Circuit and Parkinson's Plus will meet in the lounge on Thursday. You will find the Lounge at the end of the hallway by the glass doors after you go up the stairs or off the elevator. All your equipment will be in the room for you already, so just meet your instructor in that room.
