Colony Days began in 1973, offering a day to bring the community together and celebrate the great place we live and work. Since then, it has held a parade each year since 1974. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization made up of local community members that depend on donations and fundraisers for support. We do not take any money from local taxes or from the City of Atascadero. Come enjoy the Parade, Tent City After Dark concert, Great food, catch up with friends and celebrate Atascadero.

The Atascadero Colony Days Committee NEEDS YOU!

Help keep one of our favorite hometown parade thriving! We’re looking for board members, committee volunteers, and community helpers for parade planning, publicity, sponsorships, logistics, volunteer coordination, and more.

Whether you have lots of time or just want to help where you can, there’s a place for you!

Meetings: 4th Thursday of the month
