I’ll post all my “finds” later on, but goodness! What an awesome visit this afternoon to the TotallyRadCollectorsEmporium here in beautiful (and hospitable) Nashville 🎶 Lots of great stores along this strip mall, but the TRC Emporium is a perfect stop for toy collectors and nostalgia hunters. Great collection across multiple vendors and aisles, plus decent prices to boot! I felt right at home.

It’s been a heartbreaking week 💔 This latest news - the passing of Peter Cullen - is one more tragic loss. He contributed his remarkable vocal talents to GI Joe, Voltron, DuckTales, Spider-Man, Winnie the Pooh, Rescue Rangers, and so much more across several decades. But for us cartoon-addicted kids, he was most recognized for the trademark voice of Optimus Prime. This throwback is a tribute to Peter and his influential career 🙏 ROLL OUT.

Back at a card show. Our son has been living in Chile 🇨🇱 since April 2025. He comes home in April 2027. He and his buddies are diehard collectors, so I’ve been purchasing and hoarding sealed packs/boxes of cards the past 16 months… with 8 more months to go until he can rip ‘em open. I just picked up another booster bundle. I know almost NOTHING about this world of collecting, but my boy is gonna have his own epic “card break” when he gets home ❤️

A few pictures from last month’s visit to the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle. We took a road trip through the northwest during the summer of 2020, but most places were shut down due to Covid. Finally had a chance to get back and check it out! Lots of incredible relics and valued pieces across music, cinema, and more. Well worth the wait!
