Sour Apple Creations will do jobs for just about anyone. These fuzzy little brothers needed a toy box, so they contacted me to see what I could come up with. Well
here it is. However, I need to learn to negotiate my prices better, what am I going to do with a bag of catnip?

This is a 16” X 12” X 6” Walnut box, with Maple and Padauk inlay.

What an emotional build this one was. A friend asked me to build a keepsake box for their furry family member’s belongings who crossed the rainbow bridge a little while ago. The keepsake box was for his wife; who Ranger was her beloved furry companion. As someone who has furry family members and who has also had to say their goodbyes in the past as well, this build totally tugged at my heart strings. There were a few requests he made that I did my best to incorporate into the build. As you can see, this is what I came up with. The keepsake box is 12” X 12” X 7” made of Cherry with Purple Heart inlays and some added laser engraving. đŸ¶ 💜
