The Art of Conscious Embodiment

I've just spent the past hour in conversation with a colleague. We each expressed our thoughts and feelings about what was immediately present in our consciousness. We each listened - no fixing, no commentary, simply listening. We each elevated in consciousness.

When I got off the call this quote was in my inbox:

I'm so glad I started with me this morning. And can say in response to this reminder, "yes".
