We have to say thank you just one last time. THANK YOU to everyone who made Wine & Walleye 2026 possible. It takes so many people to make a festival as big as ours happen, and we are so grateful for all of the support to keep this tradition going. We already canโ€™t wait for next year! Year after year our annual pro-am fishing tournament continues to grow! This year we had a record-breaking 63 boats fishing for walleye during Wine & Walleye Festival 2026.

Hereโ€™s how the scoreboard shook out for the top 3 (photo of full results below):

Amateur Division
1st place - Miscalculation - Captain Hammond (131.875)
2nd place - Tall Timber - Captain Detweiler (130.625)
3rd place - Walleye Destroyer - Lautzenheiser (130.250)

Pro Division

FRIDAY NIGHT LOCALS NIGHT!
Join us TONIGHT in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor Friday, July 24 for Wine & Walleye Festival Locals Night sponsored by our friends at Brobst Maintenance! FREE entry and family-friendly!

Hereโ€™s whatโ€™s happening all night:
-Vendors and merchants are staying open late until 9pm
-Wine Tent tickets are discounted, with 5 local wineries pouring tastings and filling DORA glasses
-Bridge Street is turning into TV land! Storefronts are decorated as Classic TV Shows, and YOU pick the winner. Stroll the street and vote for your favorite.
-5 pm: Welcome the Lettie G Howard
Head to Pavilion Park as the Lettie G. Howard sails in and docks for the weekend. Weโ€™ll have punch and cookies, or bring your favorite DORA beverage and letโ€™s toast her arrival together. Thereโ€™s nothing like watching a tall ship come home.
-6 to 9 pm: Northern Whiskey on the Main Stage
Three hours of live music to keep the party going.
7 pm: The Classic TV Costume Contest
This is your moment. Lucy? Fonzie? Mary Tyler Moore? Dress up as your favorite Classic TV character and strut your stuff in the costume parade on the Main Stage. Judging by Joey Brobst (Brobst Maintenance, our Locals Night sponsor), Lisa Newsome (AACS Superintendent), and Jayson Noscal (Ashtabula County Commissioner candidate). Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, plus Bridge St Bucks & bragging rights for the champ!
